Instant tea, also known as extracted tea was first produced in China in the 1970s. Instant tea is made from the concentrated soluble tea substances dried into grain or powder. Instant tea leaves no dregs and can be made with cool water too. The flavor and the taste are not as good as that of tea leaves. There are instant black tea, instant green tea and instant jasmine tea, etc. They are convenient to carry and easy to brew in plastic cups.
