Sterculia lychnophora inflates after absorbing water. It tastes sweet and is beneficial for the throat, cough and lung. Sterculia lychnophora is often used together with liquorice to make a drink.
Sterculia lychnophora tea
1-2 pieces of sterculia lychnophora, 1-2pieces of liquorice. Brew in Chinese tea sets with boiling water. Drink after 3-5 minutes.
Avoid drinking sterculia lychnophora tea over an extended period.
